Initiate Your Request
Log into your HHGregg account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Electronics
Carefully place the item in its original manufacturer box with all included accessories, manuals, and protective foam to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger appliances.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
